    • Weather conditions are outside of our control, and we will do our best to make your wedding work on the day and setup inside or in the alternative undercover area near the original location
    • There are no refunds if there is bad weather on the day. We will setup indoors or if there is an undercover area in the outdoor location, we will use the items there to create your wedding ceremony

COVID Restrictions

  • COVID Restrictions
    • The Australian Government is constantly revising the person limit at weddings on an ongoing basis. The responsibility is entirely on the bride and groom to ensure that these restrictions are abided by. This includes if wearing of a mask is mandatory, the number of people present, any distance restrictions, and any other restrictions defined by the law.
    • We have the right to refuse to go ahead with any wedding where the number of wedding members (including our celebrant, photographer, pianist, and stylist) exceed the COVID Restrictions. My Easy Weddings will not take responsibility for any fines issues for breaching the Government requirements.
    • We take the health of you, your guests, and our team seriously. Breaking COVID Restrictions is non negotiable.

If Additional Time is Required

  • Late Arrivals
    • Please ensure that both parties to be married arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled start date to ensure everything runs on schedule. We are on a strict schedule and the permits we purchase are for specific blocks of time.
    • In the event that one of the parties are running late, we will endeavor to perform your ceremony, however if that means that if the sequence of events pushes into the planned photo shoot time, the photo shoot time will be shortened in duration to ensure that the 1.5 hour planned ceremony finishes in time. This may mean that you have a short photo session time
    • The 1.5 hour booking commences at the commencement of the 20 min guest arrival – not at the time the bride arrives.
    • Please note that if the bride intends to arrive more than 10 minutes later, please help our team manage their time by selecting the B1: Addon to add 30 minutes to your MyEasyWedding customisation to ensure that our stylist, photographer, celebrant, and pianist allcoate enough time to get to their next engagement after your wedding.
    • We love it when there is a location permit that allows a wedding to take place the whole day, or for over 4 hours. Certain council permits only allow a wedding to take place for 2-3 hours. This means that we must setup, hold your special day, take photos, and packup within this time. In these scenarios, there is no room for the bride to appear late. We will do our best to accomodate a late running bride, however we must abide by council rules to avoid fines, and our packup may start earlier, and your photo session may be cut shorter to stay in line with council regulations.

Use of Hire Equipment and Furniture

  • Keeping it Clean and Functional
    • The use of the hired equipment is only as per the agreement. No food or drink is permitted on any of the hired equipment unless agreed to. Equipment must not be moved away from the ceremony area unless permission is provided.
    • While general use of equipment may result in minor soiling, any soiling that is considered to be unreasonable and any equipment broken must be paid for by the client. This equipment is planned to be used in a future wedding, and on occasion directly after you, so we would like to keep the cleaning to a minimal and reasonable effort.
    • We love confetti too, unfortunately due to council regulations, they have strict policies on such matters and confetti or any other material that will result in clean-up must not be used.

  • Ceremony Chairs
    • The chairs provided for the ceremony are to be used for seating your ceremony guests and participants only (one guest per chair, apart from parents/carers holding a child).
    • For your safety and to ensure the chairs are not damaged, the chairs are to strictly not be used for standing on. Apart from soiling, it is a hazard to use the chairs for standing on for any reason, including during photos.
    • If any member of the ceremony such as the photographer, guests, or bridal couple use the chairs for any other purpose than sitting on, Stylish Outdoor Weddings and their staff are not liable for any injury incurred from using the chairs for any purpose other than sitting during the ceremony.

  • Location Permits
    • Please confirm with us on which locations we cover the location permit fee. Not all location permits are covered by the My Easy Wedding fee. My Easy Weddings is responsible for getting permits for the wedding locations for the location we mention the permit is included in the fee. This means we are bound by any rules and regulations while our team are on the premises, while your family and guests are on the premises, and for the duration of your ceremony. We ask that you respect the grounds and surrounding areas
    • We love confetti too, unfortunately due to council regulations, they have strict policies on such matters and confetti or any other material that will result in cleanup must not be used

  • Public and Product Liability Insurance up to $20M
